Stralsund sets a special focus: the day commemorates the 200th birthday of city architect Ernst von Haselberg, who shaped the Hanseatic city with modern sewage systems, water supply, and a hospital. Historic sites will open their doors to visitors; owners could register their participation by May 31, 2026.
