Loretta am Wannsee — the Berlin Classic
Loretta am Wannsee is one of Berlin's most traditional excursion restaurants. Located directly on the Großer Wannsee, in the Wannsee district (Steglitz-Zehlendorf borough), the venue offers a spacious beer garden and an open stage used for various events in the summer. Reachable from Mitte in 30 minutes by S-Bahn S1/S7, Loretta is one of the classic Berlin summer destinations — for weddings, company parties, and live concerts of all kinds.
Mallorca Schlager at Wannsee
Once a year, Loretta transforms into the "Malle Open Air" — an open-air stage for the stars of the Mallorca Schlager scene. Artists like Julian Sommer ("Dicht im Flieger"), Lorenz Büffel ("Johnny Däpp"), Nancy Franck, Killer Michel, Micha Shue, and Party Crasher perform the hits that normally dominate the season at Bierkönig or Megapark in Mallorca. The audience dresses in plaid shirts and straw hats, and buckets of sangria replace champagne coolers — all while taking place right on the tranquil Wannsee.
Format and Atmosphere
The festival day runs from 10 AM to 9 PM — a compact 11 hours with multiple acts back-to-back. Unlike the Mallorca Megapark stages, the volume is regulated lower (noise protection regulations by the lake), and the atmosphere is more family-friendly. Admission: Tickets from €34.99 in advance. Public transport is highly recommended for arrival — parking at Wannsee is practically impossible on festival days.
Loretta Malle — edition 2026
On May 23, 2026, Loretta am Wannsee will become Berlin's Mallorca hotspot. From 10 AM to 9 PM, acts will perform on the open-air stage directly on the Großer Wannsee. Several artists will play their hits consecutively. Tickets from €34.99 in advance, entry only from the admission slot. Sangria, cocktails, and bratwurst are part of the program.

Good to Know
