Lifestyle and Garden Fair in the Park Villa Braunswerth — approx. 170 exhibitors
From June 26th to 28th, 2026, the Landpartie Engelskirchen opens its doors to kick off the summer. Around 170 exhibitors will present crafts, fashion, jewelry, plants, garden and home decor ideas, as well as regional culinary specialties — in a unique setting: the park of Villa Braunswerth and the former Engels textile factory right on the Agger river.
The festival takes place at Engels-Platz 4 — an address with double historical significance. The Engels family (relatives of Friedrich Engels) operated a significant cotton mill here in the 19th century. Today, Villa Braunswerth and the former factory buildings form a protected industrial architecture ensemble, providing the characteristic backdrop for the Landpartie. The adjacent park offers shade under old trees — ideal for the outdoor stands of the fair.
Friday from 12 PM to 6 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM. The venue is located just a 6-minute walk from Engelskirchen train station — an important advantage for arriving and departing by train (RB25 from Cologne). Free parking is available on an adjacent meadow.
The municipality of Engelskirchen (around 19,000 inhabitants) is located in the Oberbergischer Kreis (North Rhine-Westphalia). It is connected to the early industrial history of the Bergisches Land region via the Agger river and the historic industrial site LVR-Industriemuseum Engelskirchen. Today, the municipality is an important residential and commuter hub between Cologne and Wiehl, a popular excursion destination, and a meeting point for regional traditions.
The organizer of the Landpartie is Reno Müller Veranstaltungen GmbH & Co. KG, a professional event agency from Krefeld specializing in lifestyle and garden fairs. Tickets are available online via vivenu.com or at the box office on-site.
