The Reunion of German Hip-Hop Legends

What happens when almost all the defining Hip-Hop acts of the German 90s and 2000s come together on one stage? That's exactly what the Klassentreffen Festival answers. On the Zentraler Festplatz Berlin in the Reinickendorf district, the pioneers of the German Hip-Hop scene gather for two days at the end of August for a nostalgic, yet still energetic reunion.

The Line-up Logic

The festival consciously uses the term "Klassentreffen" (class reunion) – most acts know each other from the early years of German Hip-Hop, many have recorded tracks together, many were or are connected. The 2026 line-up reads like a history of the first twenty years of German rap:

The Klassentreffen Festival is more than a concert festival – it's a generational meeting. Among the 15,000 attendees, you'll find:

The Zentraler Festplatz Berlin

The venue is the Zentraler Festplatz Berlin at Kurt-Schumacher-Damm 207 in the Reinickendorf district – one of Berlin's most important large event spaces, regularly used for Volksfeste (popular festivals), concerts, and major events. Reachable in five minutes from Flughafen Tegel station, and well-connected by public transport from all over the city.
