Hamburg's club festival for local bands on three stages
The Klangkosmos festival was created in 2025 in response to a simple observation: Hamburg has an extremely active band scene – but the individual acts usually play scattered, without a festival that makes them visible as a scene. Klangkosmos changes that. Three evenings, three small to medium-sized Hamburg clubs, three acts per evening – curated, hosted, without a mass festival atmosphere.
The stages are carefully chosen – each brings a different character:
Klangkosmos is co-presented by Rausgegangen, ByteFM, and Kulturnews – three Hamburg media outlets that actively support the local scene. The aim: the festival is not just a stage, but also a networking moment between bands, audience, and Hamburg music journalism.
Klangkosmos returns for its second round in 2026. Three consecutive evenings – Thursday, May 28, Friday, May 29, and Saturday, May 30 – will feature three different Hamburg clubs, each with three acts. A total of nine Hamburg bands and solo artists.
All three venues are within walking distance of the S/U-Bahn station Reeperbahn / St. Pauli (Prinzenbar, Molotow) or Feldstraße (Uebel & Gefährlich).
Day tickets per evening, sold through the respective clubs and via Rausgegangen.
