Mallorca Party in the Ruhr Area

If you want to experience Schlager, Ballermann hits, and Mediterranean vibes without flying to Palma, Inselfieber is your open-air event. On Saturday, June 13, 2026, the outdoor area of the Rudolf Weber-ARENA Oberhausen will be transformed into the "biggest Mallorca party of all time" — as the organizer Pro-Event Entertainment describes the concept. Sunglasses, palm tree backdrops, festival beer, buckets, and thousands of sing-alongs. This is the 4th edition since the festival's premiere in 2023.

Festival Day Schedule

Admission begins at 12 PM noon, the official stage program starts at 1 PM and runs until 11 PM. So you have ten hours of Mallorca atmosphere. Catering stands, several bars, cocktail islands, and photo spots in the Mallorca style. The outdoor character is part of the experience: the Rudolf Weber-ARENA's outdoor area is generously sized, with shaded areas and water stations.

Safety and Minimum Age

Inselfieber is for ages 16 and up: those under 16 will be completely denied entry, and those aged 16-17 will need a fully completed "Muttizettel" (parental consent form) and/or an adult companion. Bags and backpacks larger than DIN A4 are not permitted. Wheelchair guests should contact the official ticket shop in advance — accessible entrances will be arranged.

The Rudolf Weber-ARENA has been one of Germany's largest multi-purpose halls since 1996 — and its outdoor area has become the premier destination for large open-air events in the Ruhr area in recent years. Anyone living in or visiting Oberhausen knows CentrO as a neighbor, the Gasometer as a landmark, and the Arena as a concert venue. Inselfieber utilizes this infrastructure — direct connection to the A2/A3 motorways, tram connection from the city center, large parking areas.
