Hof's Musical Summer

The InnenHofKonzerte are a free open-air concert series in the city of Hof in the district of the same name in the extreme northeast of Bavaria (Upper Franconia). From May to September, a different courtyard or venue in the city transforms into a concert stage every Thursday evening. The organizer is Stadtmarketing Hof e.V.

Musical Diversity in Unusual Locations

The special feature of the series is the combination of musical breadth and constantly changing, often unusual locations – from fire stations and universities to youth centers, golf courses, and logistics halls. The program ranges from rock and cover bands to singer-songwriters, children's concerts, and electronic music.

Program for the Whole Family

In addition to the evening concerts, children's concerts are a regular part of the program: young ensembles from the Hof Symphony Orchestra's music school and children's bands perform at the Q youth center. The season traditionally concludes with a concert featuring electronic sounds.

Hof – Cultural City in Upper Franconia

Hof, located on the Saale river, is a cultural center of the region with its symphony orchestra, theater, and numerous festivals. Alongside the Hofer Volksfest (Hof Fair) and the International Hofer Filmtage (Hof International Film Festival), the InnenHofKonzerte are among the defining summer events of the city in the Landkreis Hof, Bavaria. Admission to all concerts is free.
