The 2026 Concert

On July 18, 2026, a trio of international renown will present the benefit concert: Andreas Staier on the fortepiano, violinist Daniel Sepec, and cellist Roel Dieltiens — three musicians who have been playing together for many years. The programme features piano trios by Joseph Haydn, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and Ludwig van Beethoven — a journey through the exciting musical era at the end of the 18th century. The historical performance practice on the fortepiano gives the works a special sound.

The Schelfkirche St. Nikolai

The Schelfkirche St. Nikolai is an 18th-century neo-baroque architectural monument in Schwerin's Schelfstadt district.
