Grand Schlemm – The Culinary Gourmet Beach Walk

In 2025, the Grand Schlemm continued its success story as a top culinary event on the Baltic Sea. Top chefs from the Kaiserbäder Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, and Bansin joined forces for a day to present a joint ten-course menu at ten stations on the beach. The selected wine pairings were personally presented at the table by invited vintners from Germany and Austria. As in previous years, the event was sold out well in advance – proof of the firm place the Grand Schlemm has secured in the German gourmet scene.
