The Dorffest Schorkendorf 2026 will take place on Whit Monday, May 25, 2026, at Siedlerplatz by the Siedlerheim Schorkendorf. Opening at 10:00 AM with an ecumenical open-air service; festival activities from 11:00 AM with Sauerbraten, Schäufele, Bratwurst, steaks, fish rolls, and vegan dishes from a food truck. Staffelberg-Bräu beer, coffee and homemade cakes, bouncy castle, playground, face painting for children. Grand raffle at 5:00 PM.

The 2026 edition of the Dorffest follows the established choreography of the Schorkendorf Whit Monday. Starting on Whit Monday, May 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM with the traditional ecumenical service in the open air — jointly organized by the Catholic and Protestant parishes of the Ahorn municipality.

From 11:00 AM, the festival activities begin at Siedlerplatz. The Siedlergemeinschaft Schorkendorf will host its guests with Upper Franconian specialties — Sauerbraten with dumplings and red cabbage, Schäufele (cured pork shoulder, the Upper Franconian festive dish), Bratwurst, steaks, fish rolls, and vegan dishes from a food truck. Accompanied by coffee and homemade cakes in the afternoon, and freshly tapped Staffelberg-Bräu beer.

For children: bouncy castle, playground, face painting. At 5:00 PM, the grand raffle/lottery will take place — the traditional closing event of the day, bringing many Schorkendorf residents together.
