The Dorffest Schorkendorf 2025 took place on Whit Monday, June 9, at Siedlerplatz Schorkendorf. A special edition: the Siedlergemeinschaft Schorkendorf celebrated its 50th anniversary as part of the annual village festival. Opening at 10:00 AM with an ecumenical service, festival activities from 11:00 AM with Sauerbraten, Schäufele, Bratwurst, fish rolls, and vegan dishes, Staffelberg-Bräu beer, family program, and raffle.

The 2025 edition of the Dorffest was a special one, as the Siedlergemeinschaft Schorkendorf celebrated its 50th anniversary. The association, founded in 1975, used the annual Whit Monday festival as its anniversary celebration — a double occasion for the village community.

The schedule followed the established Schorkendorf concept: ecumenical service at 10 AM, festival activities from 11 AM with the well-known culinary selection, children's program with bouncy castle, playground, and face painting, coffee in the afternoon, and the concluding raffle.

The 50th-anniversary celebration gave the 2025 festival additional prominence — extending beyond the Schorkendorf residents, with honors, speeches, and a more extensive program than usual.
