Dorffest 2026 at the Pabst-Hof
As every year, the Burschen- und Mädchenverein Röhrmoos invites you to its multi-day Dorffest at the Pabst-Hof in 2026. The exact date has not yet been set and will be announced, as usual, from spring 2026 by the club board — the festival usually takes place in midsummer (July or August).

Club Tradition Since 1911
The Burschen- und Mädchenverein Röhrmoos was founded in 1911 and currently has 152 active members (92 young men, 60 young women) and 39 supporting members. This makes the BMV one of the largest youth clubs in the Dachauer Land. Its annual Dorffest is the central summer event of the club and the municipality of Röhrmoos in the Dachau district, Bavaria.
In the Pabst-Hof
The venue is the hall of the Pabst-Hof in Röhrmoos — the traditional inn of the municipality. If the weather permits, the festival extends into the beer garden and the inner courtyard. In case of rain, the hall provides shelter. This combination of inn, hall, and beer garden creates a typical Upper Bavarian festival atmosphere.
Program: Brass Music, Dancing, Frühschoppen
The multi-day Dorffest follows the classic Upper Bavarian pattern: beer tapping on the opening evening, a dance evening with a cover band, Frühschoppen (morning pint) on Sunday with brass music from the Dachauer Land, and in between, a children's program and club competitions. The other Röhrmoos clubs — fire brigade, traditional costume club, sports club — also participate.
More Than Just a Festival
In addition to the Dorffest, the BMV Röhrmoos organizes the Easter bonfire on Holy Saturday night, a junk collection in March, an autumn excursion, the senior citizens' Christmas party, and a stand at the local Christkindlmarkt (Christmas market). However, the Dorffest is the financial and social highlight of the club year — and has been an integral part of village life in the Dachauer Land for over 100 years.
