In summer, Karl-Marx-Straße in Frankfurt's city center transforms for two days into a market for arts and crafts and free art. The event cityKUNST & HANDWERK, organized by Stadtmarketing Frankfurt (Oder), brings regional and national creatives directly to you – with no admission fee and right in the urban heart of Brandenburg's easternmost city.

What to Expect

At the stalls, you'll find a wide range of handcrafted and artistic unique pieces:

• Painting and photography by regional artists
• Sculptures and works in three dimensions
• Jewelry made from silver, gold, and unusual materials
• Ceramics and pottery with live demonstrations at the stand
• Textile works, leather goods, and creative utility items

Participate and Watch

Special highlight: Many craftspeople showcase their work on-site – from pottery on the wheel to blacksmithing and glassblowing. In workshops, you can try your hand and create small pieces yourself.
