On the third weekend of June, the Höcherberg town of Bexbach transforms into a party mile: The City Fest Bexbach combines a classic city festival with a fairground – a rare and popular mix in Saarland's festival culture. For three days, live bands on several stages, amusement rides, culinary stands from local restaurateurs, and extended weekend festivities around Aloys-Nesseler-Platz and Bahnhofstraße will create a great atmosphere. The City Fest Bexbach 2026 is expected to take place from June 19 to 21, 2026 — three days of city festival with fairground elements around Aloys-Nesseler-Platz and Bahnhofstraße. As in previous years, the festival program spans three days. On Friday, the festival opens in the late afternoon with the opening beer tapping and first live concerts, running until 1 AM. Saturday is the main concert day with the headliners, the fairground in full operation, also until 1 AM. Sunday is Family Day with a morning pint concert, a relaxed daytime program, and a quiet conclusion until 10 PM.

Getting There

By car via the A6 (Bexbach exit) or A8 (Homburg exit, then B40). Downtown parking, but full on festival days – arrive early or use Park-and-Ride.

By Train

Bexbach station (DB) is in the town center, on the Pfälzische Maximiliansbahn line (Saarbrücken–Homburg–Mannheim). About a 5-minute walk to Aloys-Nesseler-Platz.
