The Christmas Singing of the Neubrandenburg Choirs is a traditional Advent concert in the Neubrandenburg Konzertkirche. The organizer and participating choir is the Philharmonischer Chor Neubrandenburg e.V., which invites several choirs from the city to a joint performance.
Generations United in Song
As with the Spring Singing, choirs of all age groups perform together for the Christmas Singing — from primary school choirs to youth and adult choirs, and modern senior choirs. They present Christmas carols: traditional Advent songs, Christmas classics, and festive choral arrangements. This creates a diverse program that showcases the full spectrum of Neubrandenburg's choral scene.
The Konzertkirche in Advent
The venue is the Konzertkirche Neubrandenburg, a Gothic St. Mary's Church with a modern concert hall made of glass, concrete, steel, and wood. In Advent, the historic brick building provides a particularly atmospheric backdrop for a Christmas concert.

On December 5, 2026, the Neubrandenburg Philharmonic Choir invites you at 3:00 PM to the Christmas Singing in the Konzertkirche. The traditional Advent concert brings several choirs from the Four-Tore-Stadt onto one stage.
Choirs of all age groups — from primary school choirs to modern senior choirs — jointly present Christmas carols: traditional Advent songs, Christmas classics, and festive choral arrangements.
