A festival for everyone

The Buntes Meer Festival has been held in Warnemünde since 2022 and is organized by the association Rostocker für Inklusion und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe (Rostockers for Inclusion and Social Participation). It explicitly sees itself as an inclusive cultural festival: people with and without disabilities, from different generations and walks of life, should be able to participate equally. Admission is free, and the grounds are designed for accessibility.

Program and Venues

The venues are the Kurhausgarten and the beach of the Baltic Sea resort. On several stages, guests can experience concerts, children's readings, performances, creative workshops, and interactive art stands.
