Almauftrieb Tegernsee – Trachtenfest Gut Kaltenbrunn

The Almauftrieb Tegernsee 2026 will be celebrated on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at Käfer Gut Kaltenbrunn on Lake Tegern. The preceding get-together begins on Friday, June 26, 2026, from 5:00 PM.

On the festival Sunday, admission starts around 1:15 PM, followed by reception and aperitif from 2:00 PM. From 3:00 PM, the actual traditional costume festival with live music and Bavarian Käfer culinary delights will take place; from 7:00 PM, the day concludes at the lounge bar Firlefanz with the Almabtrieb party. Various ticket categories apply; the Premium ticket includes, among other things, the best seat in the premium area, an exclusive pre-opening champagne reception, a three-course menu including drinks (beer, Almauftrieb wine, non-alcoholic beverages), and access to the Almabtrieb party.

Traditional costume dress code is requested. Almauftrieb ticket holders do not need an additional ticket for the Almabtrieb party.

Getting There

Gut Kaltenbrunn is located in Gmund a.Tegernsee (Miesbach district). Travel via the A8 (exit Holzkirchen) and B318 or by Bayerische Oberlandbahn (BOB) train to Gmund am Tegernsee.

Tickets

The Almauftrieb is a ticketed event with various categories (including Premium). Tickets are available at almauftrieb.com. A Tegernsee traditional costume dress code is requested.

Tip

Those with a ticket for the Almauftrieb do not need an additional ticket for the subsequent Almabtrieb party at Firlefanz. In previous years, there was a room contingent at a partner hotel.
