A Festival Born from Passion

The WMEM Festival in Woltersdorf (Oder-Spree district) was founded in 2025 by a group of local DJs and music lovers — out of pure passion for electronic music and without commercial intent. The 2026 edition is the second iteration — completely free of charge.

August 29, 2026 — Summer Evening on the Outskirts

The venue is the Maiwiese Woltersdorf (An der Maiwiese 1), an open meadow area on the southeastern edge of town. Woltersdorf is located directly on the Berlin city limits and is accessible by S-Bahn and tram from the capital.

Line-up 2026 — A Journey Through Electronic Genres

The program is structured according to phases of the day:

  • 3 PM–7 PM — Disco-House: Essjott
  • 7 PM–8 PM — Deep House: Jerzy Spin
  • 8 PM–9 PM — Tech House/Electro: Baen
  • 9 PM–11 PM — Melodic Techno: Marces D
  • 11 PM–0:30 AM — Hard Techno/Trance/Raw: Anna Sassine

Community Spirit — Free of Charge

The festival is run by organizers driven by pure passion — the DJs play without commercial fees, and the festival is free.

Getting Here by Tram

The festival is easily accessible from Berlin via the S-Bahn S3 + Tram 87: Take the S-Bahn to Rahnsdorf, then transfer to Tram 87 towards Woltersdorf-Schleuse.
