The Weihnachtsmarkt Berg und Tal Ascheberg is one of the most charming Advent markets in the Coesfeld district. On Saturday, December 12th, and Sunday, December 13th, 2026, Hof Lenz on Suerbusch in Ascheberg-Herbern (Lütkestraße 5) will open its doors for a two-day market experience away from the city Christmas markets. Hof Lenz — The Setting

Hof Lenz is a classic Münsterland farmhouse – half-timbered barns, stables, a central courtyard. During the market, the barns will be decorated with fairy lights, and the courtyard will be converted into a market stage. This connection between rural architecture and Advent atmosphere is the market's unique selling point – not a city Christmas market, but a country market with everything the Münsterland has to offer in terms of tradition.
