The Up to 11 Festival 2026 took place on January 10th at the Freiheitshalle Hof – the first time in Hof after two editions in Thuringia. Headliners were Rhapsody of Fire, Freedom Call, and Dirkschneider.

On January 10, 2026, the Up to 11 Festival was held for the first time at the Freiheitshalle Hof. In approximately five hours of event time, Freedom Call, Rhapsody of Fire, and Dirkschneider, led by Udo Dirkschneider, delivered about four hours of live metal. Alen Brentini joined as a new guitarist for Dirkschneider. The next edition is announced for January 9, 2027.

The Up to 11 Festival is a compact, high-caliber indoor metal festival. Organized by metal promoter Markus Grau from Schleiz, it took place for the first time in the Freiheitshalle Hof in 2026, after two editions in Neustadt an der Orla, Thuringia – a modern event hall that underwent extensive renovation between 2009 and 2012.

International Headliners

In 2026, the lineup included the Italian melodic power metal band Rhapsody of Fire, the Nuremberg-based power metal formation Freedom Call, and Dirkschneider, led by Udo Dirkschneider (formerly of Accept).
