Overview
Before moving to Hof, the Up to 11 Festival took place in Neustadt an der Orla, Thuringia. The early editions laid the foundation for the compact Power and Heavy Metal concept.
The editions prior to 2026 were held in Neustadt an der Orla, Thuringia. Promoter Markus Grau established the festival concept there with multiple metal headliners in one evening before the Up to 11 Festival moved to the Freiheitshalle Hof in 2026.
