Festival at the Bodden Harbour

While the Baltic Sea coast shapes the external image of the island of Usedom, the small harbour of Ückeritz is located on the Achterwasser – the calm lagoon in the interior of the island. Here, at the marina in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district, the Ückeritz Harbour Festival takes place. For two July days, the picturesque harbour transforms into a lively festival ground.

On both festival evenings, live bands create a great atmosphere at the harbour basin. The music accompanies a gastronomic offering with culinary specialities from the region – fresh fish and hearty delicacies are a matter of course in a fishing harbour.
