The Blues Brothers are among the most iconic figures in pop culture. With the 1980 cult film, John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd created two characters who, with their Mission from God, their black suits, hats, and sunglasses, inspired generations of fans. The Musical Company (TMC) brings this world to the stage of Burg Seevetal with its musical gala.

Multiple Performances from May 15th to 17th, 2026

Three days of celebration with a total of five performances offer fans ample opportunity to experience the show. The schedule: Friday, May 15th, one evening performance; Saturday, May 16th, two performances (2 PM afternoon show and 8 PM evening show); Sunday, May 17th, two performances (2 PM afternoon show and 7 PM evening show).

The Musical Hits of the Blues Brothers

The musical journeys through the musical highlights of the Blues Brothers saga: Everybody Needs Somebody to Love, Sweet Home Chicago, Soul Man, Think, Rawhide, Minnie the Moocher, Shake a Tail Feather, and other classics. A live band with a horn section brings the unmistakable sound to the stage, and the performers embody Jake and Elwood Blues with the requisite mix of coolness and comedy.

Burg Seevetal in Hittfeld is a historic event venue that offers a special concert atmosphere. The castle's halls provide an intimate concert environment where the musical production can be experienced up close and personal.
