One-day EDM and Electro Open-Air on the Stoppelmarkt grounds in Vechta with over 40 DJs on 4 stages and headliner Scooter
Tante Mia tanzt is spread across four stage areas, each catering to different soundscapes of electronic music. A mainstage with a grand production for EDM and pop acts, a stage with harder Hardstyle and Hardtechno sets, a House and Tech-House stage, and a fourth area for progressive and melodic sounds. Over the course of the day, more than 40 DJs will perform on the stages in rapid succession, allowing the audience to constantly switch between different sonic worlds.
Scooter, the Hanover-based band fronted by H.P. Baxxter, active since 1993, is an icon of the German Eurodance and Happy Hardcore scene. Hits like Hyper Hyper, Fire, How Much Is the Fish?, and Maria are standard repertoire for major open-airs in Central Europe, and Scooter performances are legendary among festivals for their energetic stage shows with pyrotechnics and sing-along moments. The band is confirmed as the headliner for Tante Mia tanzt in 2026.
The Stoppelmarkt grounds in Vechta normally host the over 700-year-old Stoppelmarkt, one of the largest Volksfeste (popular festivals) in Northwest Germany. The spacious area with its established infrastructure is ideally suited for a major electronic festival: plenty of room, good access routes, and established supply and security structures.
With over 30,000 expected visitors, Tante Mia tanzt is among the largest one-day open-airs in northern Germany. The festival is accessible to ages 18 and up. Tickets are available through online pre-sale, and professional event infrastructure with numerous bars, catering areas, lounge zones, and light shows ensures smooth festival operations.
The full lineup with set times and stage assignments will be successively published on the festival website and social media channels. Scooter is already officially confirmed as the headliner. Additional acts will be announced by the booking team.
The festival is divided into four stage areas, each catering to different soundscapes of electronic music:
