The Street Food Tour Koblenz at Deutsches Eck is part of an established event series across Germany, bringing together food trucks from various culinary worlds in a festival-like setting. In Koblenz, the tour traditionally takes place on the Whitsun weekend – one of the most important summer festival weekends of the year.
Location
Deutsches Eck is the spectacular point between the Moselle and Rhine rivers, dominated by the equestrian statue of Kaiser Wilhelm I and overlooking Ehrenbreitstein Fortress. A more spectacular backdrop for a street food festival is hard to find in Rhineland-Palatinate.
Food Trucks and Culinary Worlds
Over the weekend, around 20 to 30 food trucks present an international spectrum:
- Japan: Sushi, Ramen, Bao Buns.
- Mexico: Enchiladas, Burritos, Tacos, Nachos.
- USA: Burgers, BBQ Ribs, Pulled Pork.

Program
A stage provides live music and karaoke sessions. A covered lounge area offers shelter in case of rain. A kids' area with a bouncy castle and play activities allows families a relaxed visit.

- Friday, May 22, 5 PM–10 PM: Kick-off at Deutsches Eck, food trucks open, first live music.
- Saturday, May 23, 12 PM–10 PM: All-day street food festival, stage program, family area.
- Sunday, May 24, 12 PM–10 PM: Whit Sunday with family program, live music, karaoke sessions.
- Whit Monday, May 25, 12 PM–10 PM: Closing day with a grand program.
