Grand spring Volksfest at the EmslandArena fairgrounds with spectacular rides and fireworks
The Spring Kirmes Lingen is traditionally the first major event in the Lingen Volksfest calendar and the largest spring funfair in the region. Organized by the city of Lingen at the modern EmslandArena fairgrounds, the Kirmes offers four days of fun for all ages – an ideal start to the warmer season.
The announced lineup for 2026 promises highlights for adrenaline lovers:
In addition, there are the classic Kirmes attractions: bumper cars, carousels, haunted house, shooting galleries, lottery stalls, and various food stands offering bratwurst, crêpes, candied almonds, gingerbread, potato pancakes, and more.
Friday as Family Day with discounts makes the opening weekend particularly attractive for families with children. Admission to the fairgrounds is free; ride prices are set by individual attractions.
The modern EmslandArena fairgrounds provide ideal conditions for large events: good accessibility, ample parking, a clearly structured layout, and sufficient space for all attractions and visitor flows.
The 2026 edition features a mix of proven highlights and new attractions. The blend of adrenaline-pumping rides and family classics makes this Kirmes a must-attend event for Volksfest enthusiasts in southern Emsland.
