Summer Festival in the Spa Park
The SommerParkfest is one of the traditional summer events in the Fichtelgebirge. Over the festival weekend, a special atmosphere of music, light, and conviviality is created in the expansive spa park of Bad Berneck, attracting visitors from the entire region.
Music, Light, and Fireworks
Live music in various styles provides entertainment on several stages. In the evening, light installations bathe the spa park in atmospheric colors, and fireworks form a highlight of the festival. A benefit concert on Friday evening complements the program.
Garden Art Market and Family Day
On Sunday, a garden art market with arts and crafts and garden ideas invites visitors to stroll, while a family day with activities for children rounds off the festival. The SommerParkfest combines culture, art, and nature experience in the spa park of the spa town.

On the second weekend in August, August 8 and 9, 2026, Bad Berneck invites you again to the SommerParkfest in the spa park. As in previous years, live music on several stages, evening light installations, and fireworks will create the festive atmosphere. On Sunday, the garden art market invites you to stroll, complemented by a family program.
