SommerNachtParty at Erlebnisbad Bredstedt

Open Air at the Poolside

When the SommerNachtParty comes to Erlebnisbad Bredstedt, the outdoor pool on Süderstraße becomes a small, summery North German stage under the open sky. The pools, sunbathing lawn, and diving tower form the backdrop, the water reflects the lights, and the air is filled with the scent of summer and barbecue smoke. The motto says it all: „Party, dance, chill“.

Live Stage and DJ Set

The highlight of the evening is the performance by Mendocino Express – a live band focusing on Schlager classics and party hits. Alternating with them, DJ Chris spins disco hits from the seventies to the two-thousands: from Boney M. and Modern Talking to contemporary Schlager acts. The audience moves between the main stage, the sunbathing lawn, and the dance floor.

Light, Water, and Atmosphere

A special feature of the event is the light and water illusions, choreographed by the local event technology company Martin Petersen. Beams of light, colorful water, and targeted effects in the pool turn the outdoor pool facility into a small show stage. Catering is provided by several partners: the bar team of the sports bar „AusZeit“, Foodtruck Sam, and a cocktail bar with a North German wink.

Bredstedt – Gateway to the North Sea Resort

Bredstedt is a town of just under 5,000 inhabitants in the district of Nordfriesland and the seat of the administrative district of the same name. The Erlebnisbad is one of the defining summer attractions of the town and region: on sunny days, a family pool with a diving tower and pools; on event evenings, an open-air stage. The SommerNachtParty is – alongside the beach party in midsummer – the maritime highlight of the Bredstedt event calendar.
