The Marketing-Initiative Visbek Macht e.V. is the central umbrella organization for the vibrant events in the Visbek town center. Sommermarkt, wine festival, pre-Christmas market – all these formats are the result of the association's commitment, which connects local retail, gastronomy, clubs, and the municipality of Visbek.

Summery Market with Sunday Opening Hours

The Sommermarkt is designed as a weekend market format. Saturday serves as a regular market and shopping day, while Sunday features Sunday opening hours: Retailers open in addition to the regular Saturday hours, complementing the market offerings with special promotions, summer fashion, and seasonal offers. This combination makes the weekend a summer shopping event with a festive character.

Market Stalls and Vendors

Exhibitors from the Oldenburger Münsterland and the wider region present their products in market stalls: summer flowers and perennials, arts and crafts, regional food products, fashion, jewelry, floristry. Visbek's gastronomy complements the offerings with outdoor seating, bratwurst, crêpes, ice cream, and drinks – typical summer market cuisine.

Entertainment and Family Program
