The Edelkorn-Brennerei Jos. Rosche is one of the most traditional grain distilleries in Northern Germany. Founded in 1792, it has developed and perfected its distilling art for over 230 years. Edelkorn from the Lüneburg Heath's heathland is its main product; in addition, liqueurs and special spirits are also produced. Open-Air Tradition since 2000

Since the year 2000, the Rosche family has been inviting its customers, friends, and business partners to the summer festival. What began as a small courtyard party has evolved over the years into an established open-air event, traditionally held during the harvest season — when the fields around the estate turn golden yellow and the harvest transitions into the distilling season.
