Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf — Berlin's Eastern Commuter Belt

Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf is located in the Märkisch-Oderland district, directly east of Berlin and along the S-Bahn line S5 towards Strausberg. The twin municipality, comprising the districts of Fredersdorf and Vogelsdorf, has around 13,000 inhabitants and is a typical Brandenburg commuter town – quiet, well-connected, with plenty of green space and some historic buildings. One of these is the Gutshof Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf, which now serves as an event location for concerts and celebrations.

Gutshof as an Open-Air Stage

The Gutshof on Ernst-Thälmann-Straße 30 is the central event location of the municipality. The historic ensemble with its courtyard offers a special atmosphere for open-air concerts and summer parties – intimate enough to create a festival vibe, yet with the charm of an old manor farm as a backdrop. Friday: Stereoact & Lena Marie Engel

The highlight of 2026 is the performance by Stereoact on Friday evening, August 14th. The Schlager-Dance duo has placed two Top 10 albums in the German charts within ten months – their album "#Schlager" garnered around 58 million streams. Together with singer Lena Marie Engel, they bring a mix of modern Schlager and dance beats to the Gutshof stage. Starts at 7 PM.

Saturday: 90s Party with DJ

On Saturday, August 15th, the traditional 90s Party follows. Admission 4 PM, start 5 PM. A DJ and a surprise guest will play the hits of the 1990s – from Eurodance and Schlager to Rock and Pop. Those who want to experience the first two days of the festival can combine both evenings. The Gutshof offers ample space on its grounds for a long summer weekend on the outskirts of Berlin.

Weekend in Eastern Berlin

Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf is not only a concert venue but also a good starting point for day trips to the eastern Berlin surroundings: the Strausberger See lake, the old town of Strausberg, Altlandsberg Castle, and the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park with the Schermützelsee lake and the Kleiner Tornowfließ stream are all reachable within 20-40 minutes by car.
