Rock am See – Strandbad Bötzsee

Hard rock right on the Bötzsee

The Bötzsee lido in Petershagen/Eggersdorf — about 30 km east of Berlin in the Märkisch-Oderland district — is a popular swimming lake for Berliners and Brandenburgers in the summer. Once a year, the Rolling Wheels MC Strausberg transforms the beach meadow into an open-air concert stage.

June 20, 2026 — the line-up

The festival takes place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, starting at 6 PM. Tribute bands and a local original act will alternate on stage:

• Metallica Tribute — Hits from 40 years of Bay Area thrash
• Linkin Park Tribute — Nu-metal classics
• From Zero — Cover band with their own repertoire
• Magnetika — Hard rock band from Brandenburg

Atmosphere — Open Air by the water

The concert takes place directly at the lido. The lake is often still illuminated during the concerts, and the swimming mood seamlessly transitions into the concert evening. Campfire atmosphere, bratwurst, beer, and a crowd of bikers, families, and festival fans from the eastern Berlin surrounding area characterize the scene.

Organizer

The Rolling Wheels MC Strausberg is a traditional motorcycle club from neighboring Strausberg. Rock am See is its most important summer event — besides the club festival and charity events.
