The Schützenverein Neuenkirchen-Bieste is by far the largest shooting club in the municipality of Neuenkirchen-Vörden. This position is owed to a long club history, an active membership base, and a firmly established place in the village community. Bieste is a district of the double municipality and lies in the transitional area between the Vechta district and the neighboring Osnabrück district.

Parade and King's Shoot

Highlights include the traditional parade through Bieste with shooting companies, friendly clubs, marching bands, and music groups, as well as the king's shoot at the shooting range. Afterwards, the new king and queen with their court are ceremonially proclaimed in the marquee and welcomed with a champagne reception and honors. Dance evenings with live music round off the weekend.
