Saturday, November 28th, and Sunday, November 29th, form the framework for the festivities. The Salzhäuser Weihnachtsmarkt traditionally takes place on the 1st Advent weekend and is one of the first major Christmas markets in the Harburg district, marking the beginning of the Advent season.
