At Weingut Marx, this simplicity is celebrated: with bread from a local baker, homemade butter variations (salted butter, herb butter, bacon butter, salted honey butter) and the connection to the winery's wines.

In addition to bread and butter, other regional products are presented: cheese from local Nahe dairies, cold cuts from local butchers, spreads, honey, pickled vegetables, jams. Weingut Marx is a family winery in Windesheim, primarily cultivating Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, as well as Pinot Noir.
