Voluntary since 2014
Behind the festival is Bamberger Festivals e.V., a non-profit association for music promotion in the region, which has been active on a voluntary basis since 2014. The Revolution Fest is an expression of a vibrant, self-organized subculture that operates far from commercial structures.

The festival features bands from the punk spectrum. For the 2026 edition, RANTANPLAN and MUUSKE are confirmed acts from the German-speaking punk scene – announced by the organizers as a "crazy combo".

Getting There
Live Club Bamberg is located at Obere Sandstraße 7 in Bamberg's Old Town ("Sand" quarter). Reachable on foot or by city bus from Bamberg station. Travel by train is recommended, as parking space in the Old Town is limited.
