The Pettendorfer Sportplatzkerwa is the annual Kirchweih (church consecration festival) of SC Hummeltal 1926 e.V. on the sports grounds in the Pettendorf district of the Upper Franconian municipality of Hummeltal. Unlike the tent-based Pittersdorfer Kerwa, which is celebrated about a week earlier, the Pettendorfer Kerwa is themed around football and club sports. The programme includes Franconian specialities such as Krenfleisch (meat with horseradish), Krenhaxen (pork knuckle with horseradish) and Sauerbraten (marinated roast beef), experience stalls, a children's carousel, as well as football matches and a penalty shootout tournament for local clubs.
