Osthofener Weinmeile

The Osthofener Weinmeile has been an integral part of the Rheinhessen wine festival calendar since 2016. With the 11th edition in 2026, the town of Osthofen shows how classic wine culture and modern open-air festival can be combined.

Three stages, 21 bands

Three stages along the Altbachanlage and Ludwig-Schwamb-Straße ensure a dense music program. Over the four days, 21 bands are confirmed: Acoustic Secret, Alpaca Soundsystem, ARMANO, Banjoory, Benyonca, Fat Cheeks, Feral Strike, Grundfunk, Jacky, Janne, Last Mate, Power to Groove, Senza Limiti, The Döftels, The Game of Jones, The Razorblades, Treehouse Astronauts, Vaultaire, WBO, Welker solo, Yosh. The styles range from acoustic and singer-songwriter through rock and pop to funk and electronic music.

11 winegrowers from Osthofen

At the center are the 11 Osthofen winegrowers, who are represented with their stands along the Weinmeile. They present the whole spectrum of the Rheinhessen wine world: Riesling, Silvaner, Scheurebe, Burgunder, Spät- and Weißburgunder, red wines, sparkling wines and the occasional experiment. The Weinmeile is thus also a wonderful opportunity to discover the diversity of a single wine village in depth.

Awarded wine festival

The Osthofener Weinmeile bears the seal Ausgezeichnetes Weinfest (Awarded Wine Festival), a distinction from the Rhineland-Palatinate wine-growing association for particularly successful formats.

Free admission and family day

With free admission, around 2,000 visitors per day gather. On Sunday, June 21st, a Children's Grape Rally attracts families to an experience course along the Weinmeile, a program that also makes the festival attractive for the very youngest.

Atmosphere and location

The location along the Altbachanlage is a central part of the charm: trees, lawns and the brook create an open-air ambience rarely found at town festivals. Here you can sit on blankets, picnic and listen to bands while a Schorle and a cheese plate are within reach.
