In 2026, the festival will celebrate its 50th edition: from July 17th to 20th, gables and alleys will glow in romantic lighting, with wines from the Steigerwald Wine Panorama served at wine stands of the Gerolzhofen Winegrowers' Association, TV, and FC Gerolzhofen — from Silvaner to Bacchus. Bands will play on four stages over four days, and on Sunday, a musical Frühschoppen (morning pint) invites you to enjoy Franconian bratwurst, steaks, tarte flambée, and more. A special festival beer, brewed for the local fire department, complements the offerings.

The 50th Gerolzhofen Wine Festival will take place in 2026 from July 17th to 20th on the market square and in the old town. Four festival days of "Franconia's Largest Wine Bar" with wines from the Steigerwald Wine Panorama (Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus), four stages with bands, gable lighting in the old town, Franconian culinary delights (bratwurst, steaks, tarte flambée, burgers, crêpes), and a festival beer brewed for the fire department.

From July 17th to 20th, 2026, Gerolzhofen will celebrate its 50th Wine Festival on the market square and in the historic old town. The town and GEO kommunikativ are staging four festival days of "Franconia's Largest Wine Bar" with a packed program and a generous wine selection.

Wines from the Steigerwald Wine Panorama will be served at the stands of the Gerolzhofen Winegrowers' Association, TV, and FC Gerolzhofen — from Silvaner to Bacchus. Bands of various styles will perform on four stages, and on Sundays, a musical Frühschoppen starting at 11 AM opens the festival day.

With its 50th edition in 2026, the Gerolzhofen Wine Festival continues its tradition as one of Franconia's largest wine festivals. The festival is organized by the town of Gerolzhofen together with GEO kommunikativ; the venue is the historic old town around the Marktplatz. During the four festival days, all of Franconia refers to Gerolzhofen as "Franconia's Largest Wine Bar".

The historic old town and the market square are bathed in a sea of lights with romantic gable lighting; quiet zones complement the festival with sparkling wine and summery wine specialties.
