Motorcycle Club and Wine Festival

The combination of a motorcycle club and a wine festival might seem unusual at first glance, but it makes a lot of sense in the Vereinslandschaft (club landscape) of the Southern Palatinate: Clubs of all kinds are active festival organizers in the Palatinate, and the Lustadt Motorcycle Club uses its annual wine festival to maintain connections with the village community, attract new members, and organize a convivial day with friends and neighbors.

Palatinate Wine and Club Atmosphere

The wine festival begins on Saturday morning at 10 am and runs all day. Palatinate wine from surrounding vintners, Palatinate specialties from the club kitchen, and the specific atmosphere of a motorcycle club grounds characterize the event. Volunteers from the club operate the bar and kitchen.

Lustadt and Club Life

Lustadt is a twin municipality in the Southern Palatinate, consisting of Niederlustadt and Oberlustadt, with an active club life. In addition to the motorcycle club, there is a sports club, a singing society (Liederkranz), a carnival club (Lustavia), choirs (Lyra), and several other clubs, each organizing its own events. The Motorcycle Club's wine festival is one of the smaller but traditional dates in the Lustadt festival calendar.

Arrival and Visit

Lustadt is accessible via the L538 between Lingenfeld and Hochstadt. Motorcycle riders will find parking facilities on the club grounds. Car and bicycle visitors are also welcome.
