32 Years of Art and Culture Days

The Stadtallendorf Art and Culture Days have been the major cultural event of this central Hessian city since the 1990s. 2026 marks the 32nd edition – an anniversary that demonstrates the longevity of this cultural event series in a city that, with just under 21,000 inhabitants, might not immediately appear to be a cultural metropolis of Hesse, but certainly boasts a committed cultural scene.

Six Weeks of Programming

From Saturday, May 2nd, to Sunday, June 14th, 2026, the program will run for six full weeks. This makes the Art and Culture Days among the longest-running cultural festivals in central Hesse. The main stage is the Stadthalle Stadtallendorf, with other events taking place in municipal venues, the Kulturkreis, and surrounding districts.
