Königsberg Castle — Baroque Setting for a Garden Festival
Königsberg Castle is situated on a prominent ridge above the town of Königsberg in Bavaria, a small town of 3,700 inhabitants in the Lower Franconian district of Haßberge (State of Bavaria). The castle was built in the 14th century and today houses event rooms and an idyllic castle garden — chestnut trees, sandstone walls, wide lawns. It is precisely this setting that makes the Rosentage one of the most distinctive garden festivals in Northern Bavaria.
From »Rosenmesse« to »Rosentage«
Until 2024/2025, the event was held under the name »Rosenmesse Königsberg«. In 2026, it will run under the new name »Königsberger Rosentage« with new organization by ARCOS GmbH / Gartenkönig. The thematic focus remains: a high-quality garden festival for rose enthusiasts and garden lovers, not an ordinary plant market.

Königsberger Rosentage 2026
The town of Königsberg in Bavaria confirms the Rosentage 2026 in its official event calendar for June 20 and 21, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The venue is the castle courtyard at Schloßberg 1. ARCOS GmbH / Gartenkönig will act as organizer for the first time, continuing the predecessor format »Rosenmesse Königsberg« as »Königsberger Rosentage«.
