Overview

The event was still held under the name »Rosenmesse Königsberg« in 2025 and took place as usual in the castle courtyard of Königsberg in Bavaria. Rose breeders, nurseries, crafts, and Lower Franconian gourmet stalls characterized the weekend before the event was continued in 2026 under the new name »Königsberger Rosentage« and with new organization.

Rosenmesse Königsberg 2025 — Last Edition Under the Old Name

In the summer of 2025, the Lower Franconian garden event took place for the last time under the name »Rosenmesse Königsberg«. As in previous years, rose breeders, tree and perennial nurseries from German-speaking countries gathered in the castle courtyard of Königsberg in Bavaria — supplemented by craft stalls and Lower Franconian gourmet stalls.

The change of ownership to ARCOS GmbH / Gartenkönig was already prepared in 2025, which led to the renaming to »Königsberger Rosentage« in 2026. The programmatic quality — high-quality exhibitors, exclusive historical rose varieties, workshops on care and pruning — was explicitly intended to be maintained.
