The lineup regularly features more than 14 live acts performing simultaneously and staggered in over 13 participating locations. Stylistically, the spectrum ranges from rock, pop, indie, and acoustic to singer/songwriters, cover bands, jazz, and dance formats. Each location chooses its genre, creating a diverse festival night where regulars of the respective bars meet festival visitors.

Concert Bus as an Attraction

A special feature of the Kneipenfestival Montabaur is the specially converted concert bus with a stage, tables, and a mobile bar service. The bus travels between festival points, creating an additional mobile stage that integrates the festival with the city center.

One ticket is valid for the entire night and all venues. At €15 in advance, the festival remains affordably priced and targets a broad audience. Tickets are available at participating venues and online. The festival benefits from Montabaur's central location at the ICE train station, making travel from the Rhine-Main region, Cologne, and the Westerwald easily possible.
