Full-throttle Rock'n'Roll on the open-air stage of Familiengarten Eberswalde
Kärbholz from the Westerwald has been a fixture in the German rock scene for over two decades. With German lyrics, catchy melodies, and a loyal fan base bridging punk and rock enthusiasts, the band has carved out a niche few can maintain with such consistency. They call it "Full-throttle Rock'n'Roll" themselves — and it's precisely this energy they'll bring to the open-air stage of Familiengarten Eberswalde on June 19, 2026.
Familiengarten Eberswalde is an unusual site: a park surrounding the former rolling mill, which today hosts family activities, events, and concerts. The open-air stage under the sky, with its industrial backdrop, offers a special atmosphere for rock concerts. With fixed seating and good visibility, it's a preferred location for the concert agency Appel & Rompf.
Eberswalde is located in the Barnim district, about 50 km northeast of Berlin, nestled in a landscape of forests and waterways. For centuries, the city was a significant center for forestry science (University for Sustainable Development) and industry (ironworks, rolling mill). The Eberswalde rolling mill ensemble is partly renovated today, partly preserved as an industrial monument — and Familiengarten uses this history as its backdrop.
The concert starts at 7:00 PM, with admission usually one hour earlier, depending on the organizer. Tickets from €52.25 (incl. VAT, plus €2 service fee) at Ticketshop Havelland and via Reservix. Organizer: Konzertagentur Appel & Rompf GmbH & Co. KG.
On the 2026 tour, Kärbholz will present material from their two most recent albums as well as classics from over 20 years of band history. Organizer: Konzertagentur Appel & Rompf GmbH & Co. KG. A full concert of around two hours with an encore is expected.
