Intercomic Cologne — Comic Fair in the Heart of the Right Bank
The Intercomic Cologne Comic Fair is one of the traditional comic fairs in Western Germany — a meeting point for international comic artists, publishers, collectors, and fans. On Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the Stadthalle Köln-Mülheim opens its doors. Admission: €7 for adults, children under 10 years free. Unlike the major fairs (Comic Con Stuttgart, Frankfurt Book Fair), Intercomic has an intimate, professional character — ideal for signings and personal conversations with artists.
Stadthalle Köln-Mülheim — Venue with History
The Stadthalle Köln-Mülheim at Jan-Wellem-Straße 2 (Mülheim district, eastern Cologne) is a classic multi-purpose hall. The connection is excellent: light rail lines 4, 13, 18, and buses 152, 153, 159 stop at the nearby Wiener Platz. Parking is available on-site and in the surrounding area. Cologne-Mülheim is Cologne's neighboring city on the right bank of the Rhine — historically independent, incorporated in 1914.

- 1:00 PM — „Tilli's Comic-Fryer“ — A journey through comic genres
- 1:00 PM (parallel) — Free Manga Workshop with Maya Wendler

Manga Zone — Dedicated Hall
The Manga Zone is a dedicated hall with over 30 talented Manga artists showcasing their own works — a growing section of the fair, reflecting the importance of Manga in Germany.
Antiquarian — Old Treasures
A BD Antiquarian area brings together comic dealers from all over Europe with vintage issues, rare first editions, and sought-after collectibles — ideal for collectors.
Signings — The Main Reason for Many Visitors
The Cologne Comic Fair is famous for its personal signing sessions. Unlike at huge fairs, you don't have to queue for hours here — artists take time for each work. Belgian, Dutch, and French artists often sign originals on their own comics. A goldmine for collectors.
Cosplay Culture at the Comic Fair
The fair is explicitly cosplay-friendly. At 2:00 PM, a group Cosplay Photo takes place on stage — the ideal moment for souvenir photos among costume fans. Cosplays are welcome, provided they are worn without real weapons and with consideration for other visitors.
