Getting There

Train: ICE and IC connect Husum directly with Hamburg, Westerland, and Berlin. About a 10-minute walk from the station to the center. By car via the B5 (Heide–Husum) or the A23/B5 from Hamburg. Parking available at the harbor and the train station.

Tips

Combine the CSD day with a visit to Husum harbor, the Theodor Storm House, or a mudflat hike in Schobüll — the North Sea is five minutes from the market square.
