About Hohenlohe Business Fair
Hohenlohe Business Fair — edition 2026
2026 Program — Three Days of Showcase
The 8th edition of the Hohenlohe Business Fair continues the proven concept of previous editions. Several tent halls plus an outdoor area on the Wertwiesen exhibition grounds will host exhibitor stands. The thematic breadth ranges from Hohenlohe-based global market leaders and hidden champions to small local craft businesses and service providers.
The supporting program includes lectures on economic and social topics — digitalization in SMEs, energy transition, securing skilled labor, occupational health promotion — as well as thematic areas on regional vocational training. Schools from the Hohenlohe district are invited to visit the career information area with their classes and learn about training opportunities through direct contact with training companies.

Economy of Hohenlohe — A Showcase of a Successful Region
For decades, the Hohenlohe district in the state of Baden-Württemberg has been considered one of Germany's strongest economic regions — home to globally active medium-sized companies (Würth, R. Stahl, Mustang, EBM-Papst, Ziehl-Abegg) and a dense network of craft and service providers. The Hohenlohe Business Fair presents this breadth every few years in Künzelsau. The 8th edition will take place from September 18 to 20, 2026, on the Wertwiesen — the city's established exhibition grounds.
Exhibitors, Halls, and Supporting Program
The fair utilizes the Wertwiesen grounds with several tent halls plus an outdoor area. Exhibitors from almost all sectors — industry (mechanical engineering, automotive, electronics), crafts (construction, plumbing, electrical, wood, metal), wholesale, services (banks, insurance, IT, consulting), public authorities, and associations — will present products, innovations, and services. A supporting program with lectures complements the exhibition with thematic accents on topics such as digitalization, energy, employee retention, and skilled labor shortage.
Career Information Fair — Focus on Apprentices
A central component is the career information fair for apprentices, which is specifically aimed at students from the region. Schools from Künzelsau and the Hohenlohe district are invited to visit the fair with their classes and explore career entry opportunities through direct discussions with training companies. In this way, the fair also fulfills a bridging function between the local economy and the next generation — a response to the region's skilled labor shortage.
Künzelsau and the Hohenlohe District
Künzelsau, with around 15,500 inhabitants, is the district capital of the Hohenlohe district, located on the Kocher river. It has evolved from a traditional craft location into one of Baden-Württemberg's most important industrial cities — primarily due to Würth, which operates globally from here. The Wertwiesen on the outskirts have been the city's established exhibition grounds for years. The Hohenlohe Business Fair is the most important regional economic exhibition and is accordingly well-anchored in the region.
