Hoffest CDU Stieghorst — Hof Henrichsmeier

A Farm Festival in East Bielefeld

The Hoffest of the CDU Stieghorst is one of the oldest neighborhood festivals in eastern Bielefeld and has been a firm fixture in the Bielefeld event calendar for decades. On Saturday, May 16, 2026, the traditional Hof Henrichsmeier (Am Siebrassenhof, corner of Lipper Hellweg) will open its gates for the approx. 52nd edition of the Hoffest — a family day with a farm atmosphere, followed by a convivial farmers' evening.

Family Program from 3 PM

The family program starts at 3:00 PM — the farm becomes a stage for children and parents from Stieghorst and the neighboring districts:

• Pony rides on the farm meadow
• Bouncy castle for the little ones
• Skill-based activities with children's games
• Farm cafe with homemade cakes from the parish and neighborhood
• Westphalian bratwurst from the charcoal grill

Farmers' Evening from 6 PM

From 6:00 PM, the convivial farmers' evening begins: The CDU Stieghorst uses the format to "get into conversation with the citizens" (according to the organizers), in a relaxed atmosphere, with beer, wine, and live music. Local politicians are approachable, the format is open.

Hof Henrichsmeier — The Farm

Hof Henrichsmeier in Bielefeld-Stieghorst is one of the few historic farms preserved in the Bielefeld area. Today, the farm is used partly for agriculture and partly as an event venue. Its annual provision for the Hoffest is a supporting pillar of Bielefeld Stieghorst's identity.

Stieghorst — The Eastern District of Bielefeld

Stieghorst is one of the eastern districts of Bielefeld — suburban in character, with plenty of green space and a tradition of historic farms. The Hoffest is one of the district's most important identity events and attracts families from Stieghorst, Hillegossen, Sieker, and the surrounding neighborhoods.
