The Herzogenaurach Careers Fair is an open-air careers fair in the town centre of Herzogenaurach in the Erlangen-Höchstadt district. The organiser is the Town of Herzogenaurach through its Town Marketing and Culture department. With over 100 exhibitors, it is one of the largest career orientation events in the region.

Companies, institutions, and vocational schools actively seeking young talent present themselves at the fair. They showcase apprenticeships, internships, and dual study programs and are available for young people to talk to. The range extends from skilled trades and medium-sized businesses to globally active large corporations.

Herzogenaurach is the headquarters of three globally active companies: sports goods manufacturers adidas and Puma, and the industrial and automotive supplier Schaeffler. These and many other regional employers use the careers fair to attract young talent — a special locational advantage for young people from the entire Nuremberg metropolitan region.
